Awards and Achievements

ITE logo Ms. McDowell was recently named the 2010 Transportation Professional of the Year by the Colorado/Wyoming Institute of Transportation Engineers. In addition, Ms. McDowell was the co-editor of the ITE Section’s 2009-2010 International award-wining newsletter publication Conveyances.
ACEC logo Ms. McDowell received the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Engineering Excellence Merit Award in 2007 for her work as the Project Manger and Engineer of Record for Boulder’s Twenty Ninth Street retail district redevelopment.
